Personal times of refuge have been when I’m with others and they don’t want anything or aren’t impressed with anything about me. I’m just their friend, Keith.
People feel respected, they feel valued, they feel important when someone listens to them. That’s what coaching does, so listening becomes a place of refuge.
Providing a place of refuge, and being a place of refuge are two things that will always remain paramount to my career as a vocal coach.
I’m forever grateful to my friend for reaching out and being a refuge to a stranger; our friendship certainly grew, sharing a milchkaffee and cappuccinos.

For us it is so normal and natural to come alongside people who need a place of refuge, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
