BizFest Event and Celebrating 3 Years!

Last week we participated in Williamson Inc’s BizFest event at the Factory in Franklin, TN. We were joined with 70+ other businesses and were able to connect with hundreds of local community members.

We featured our single-origin, craft coffee (relationally sourced from Guatemala), retail products and the coffee cart service.

During the event, we had the pleasure of speaking with local staff member of the Williamson Herald, Kelly Mayo. She kindly wrote:

“Emily Austin Springer, owner of Asulon Collective, gave out samples of single-origin Guatemalan coffee. Asulon is a mobile catering company that provides espresso, drip and cold brew coffees, as well as conversation cards to spur fellowship during conferences, weddings and other events.

‘We’re focused on connecting more people through coffee,” Springer said. “We’ve grown so much of our business through community.’

Springer said she will mark the third anniversary of Asulon this week. The business has grown from one coffee cart to three, and she hopes to open a brick-and-mortar location soon.”

As we mark three years of being in business, we are grateful for all the wonderful places our coffee carts have been! We’ve met, served and connected with so many beautiful people in the greater Nashville area!

We’ve traveled many surrounding communities such as the Nations in West Nashville, Green Hills, the Belmont, 12South and Wedgewood-Houston neighborhoods, Mount Juliet, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Belle Meade, Brentwood, Franklin, Leiper’s Fork, Nolensville, Thompson Station, Dickson, Spring Hill, Columbia, Williamsport and so many others in between!

It was deeply impactful having the opportunity in year two to also travel to Guatemala with our coffee partners to meet with the coffee producers, learn more about coffee processing and walk the beautiful coffee farms. We value being connected to the source while “cultivating connection through craft coffee!”

Bottom line: We wouldn’t be here without your support. Thank you to each client and customer; you’ve become trusted partners and cherished friends. Thank you to fellow business owners, coaches and the local entrepreneurial community; you’ve provided wisdom, collaboration, resources, strength and resilience to forge forward. Thank you to our devoted family and dear friends who have sacrificed with us to make this small business vision, a growing reality!

Thank you for each conversation, memorable experience and craft coffee you’ve enjoyed! Families and communities thrive on authentic connection. We hope that with each place we’ve been to have been a place of refuge for you, fostering community and building stronger relationships together!

We recently extended our coffee catering service area to bring the Asulon Collective experience to more places. We cannot wait to share more upcoming news with you all soon on further expansion! Cheers to year three!
